Our Mission

Boss Babes WV is a social empowerment organization focused on personal and professional development for self-identified babes across West Virginia. Through an event series including meetups, panel discussions, workshops, and markets, our focus is to facilitate opportunities and advancement for women and encourage civic engagement and responsibility.

Community building and supporting gender equity has a positive impact on the society and our local economy and we believe in working with partners that share this goal and push for building community infrastructure around women and women-owned entities. We want to provide a hub for women with the space, network, and support platform to fulfill their ambitions in West Virginia.
